Deep Sea Bottom Fishing At It's Finest!
The Paramount is a Direktor Built 100ft. aluminum
boat, licensed to carry up to 100 passengers. The
original "Paramount" was a 52 foot wooden boat and sailed it's first trip from the Manasquan Inlet
in 1932.
In 1934 with Capt. John Bogan Sr., Capt. John Bogan Jr., Capt. James Bogan
and a crew of about 10, The Paramount sailed out the Manasquan Inlet East approximately 10 miles. The Paramount and her
crew, being one of the first boats to arrive, rescued 67 passengers and crew from the burning cruise ship Morro Castle.
